About the Role
- Develop efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize artificial intelligence models
- Evaluate and benchmark model performance and analyze results to improve the model
- Write comprehensive, logical explanations for feedback with technical expertise
- Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), including creating and using task-specific datasets
- Collaborate with engineers on Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) to refine models
- Create and refine optimal responses to improve AI performance, emphasizing clarity, relevance, and technical accuracy
- Write efficient code, conduct peer reviews, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Explore and integrate new tools and techniques to enhance AI training processes
Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience as a Python Engineer
- 1+ years of experience with Python frameworks for machine learning
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn experience is a plus
- Experience implementing machine learning models
- Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms (e.g., SVM, Decision Trees, Random Forest, k-NN)
- Knowledge of CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and transfer learning
- Good to have: Keras, Pandas/Numpy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in agile/lean teams and fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Prior experience in CRM or SaaS applications is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
